There is Felting throughout the Interior. The only reason for a 4 Rating instead of a 5 is that a tiny portion of the felting was not glued down thoroughly and so puckered/bubbled up a little; that did NOT effect function in any way. This is a Lightweight, Beautiful File Box. It would look very Professional sitting on your Desk, or in your Office. It is easy to set the Combination, but once you set the combination you must not forget it or you will not be able to open it; so write down the combination somewhere. This File Box could be broken with a sledgehammer so it is NOT a Safe; and you could probably break it with a Hammer too.
